About The Position
The Customer Solutions Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our low carbon product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of sustainable product innovation, market trends, and the environmental challenges that drive demand for low-carbon alternatives. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing experience, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to communicate complex environmental benefits to diverse audiences. This role is recognized as a subject matter expert in the work area. Manages large projects or processes, policies and standards under limited supervision. Coaches, reviews and delegates work to junior employees. Problems faced may be difficult and often complex. Demonstrates integrity, accountability and transparency; upholds BKV standards, values and culture.
