About The Position

The Customer Site Warehouse Support position at Fastenal is an entry-level role focused on facilitating the movement of products within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license
• Ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and extra time as needed
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs, and up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift

Responsibilities

• Operating computer programs and wireless hand-held devices
• Moving and handling product accurately
• Auditing and preparing outgoing shipments to customer facilities
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Complying with health, safety, and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety, and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
