Responsibilities with Onsite Training Receive all incoming phone calls and schedule all Design Consultant appointments Manage confirmations of all Design Consultations and Installation confirmations Maintain and update client databases Laid back environment Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed Assist the management team with various administrative tasks Set up service tickets Able to work well independently and with others in a team environment Learn our products, organizational structures, and apply relevant terminology Gain industry knowledge The heart and soul of our company are our people — installers, manufacturing & production teams, sales design consultants, and other positions throughout our company. Requirements

  • Outgoing, motivated, self-driven individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses a strong affinity for Client Service
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of relevant software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working as a client services representative
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Able to adapt quickly to change
  • Able to work well independently and with others in a team environment

Responsibilities
