About The Position

The Customer Services Specialist I will troubleshoot and respond to a wide variety of client inquiries, issues and requests, and also act as a liaison between Customer Services and the internal mdxhealth departments.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to requesting and tracking specimen procurement requests and specimens. The shift is Monday thru Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm (Pacific Time) Mdxhealth seeks talented people who are passionate about improving the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ previous customer service experience. Experience is healthcare a plus.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
