About The Position

The Customer Services Representative at Bertch Cabinet LLC is responsible for communicating with customers, providing product and service information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and interpret data.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with customers by phone and processes orders via fax.
  • Provides product and shipping information to dealers via phone.
  • Processes all orders for new products or replacement parts.
  • Completes credit memos and enters RGA data.
  • Works with delivery information and ensures accurate order processing.
