As an Onsite Customer Service Representative at Conduent, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts. This role emphasizes active listening, effective communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle a high volume of calls and provide support through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

  • Answer inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning their accounts, averaging 40 to 50 calls daily.
  • Respond to customer inquiries using information learned during training and available resources.
  • Identify customer needs to provide complete and accurate information.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations.
  • Process required transactions via web-based applications.
  • Submit research requests accurately and concisely.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
  • Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner.
  • Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws.
  • Provide support to other positions/operations during heavy workloads or absences.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of six months experience in call center, customer service, or dispatcher roles.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of computer and Windows applications, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and security fingerprint.
  • 1+ years of previous call center experience.
