About The Position
Ameritas is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Policy Services Team to drive the business by being responsible for customer service, issuance and administrative functions for small case. This includes implementation of billing, collection and reconciliation of premium; policy lapses and cancellations; and customer service to policyholders, field sales offices, agent/brokers, SA's and individual insureds.
