About The Position

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be working part-time, 20 hours per week, at our Andover location in Enham Arch Retail Park. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about motoring and cycling and have a knack for customer service. You will be responsible for delivering market-leading standards of service while working on customers' vehicles and bikes, providing a wide range of fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. We offer training to help you develop your practical problem-solving skills and efficiency in your work. While retail experience is ideal, we value customer-focused sales experience as well.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
