Requirements

- Certification attendance is mandatory
- Startup and equipment requirements apply
- Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Wired high-speed internet
- Windows 11 PC (8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
- USB headset and wired internet required prior to start
Responsibilities
- Take inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Help customers resolve basic questions and issues
- Input data into client systems with accuracy
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work towards metrics that can lead to fast-track promotions
