As a Customer Service team member you are passionate about bringing the products to life for our customers and resolving any issues they may have. You will play a critical role in creating this world-class experience by answering inbound customer service calls from our customers. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted"
  • Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that will serve them best
  • Accurately place telephone orders offering specials, promotions and services that help meet customers needs
  • Work independently and professionally
