About The Position

At La Vaquita Flea Market, it’s our mission to provide a unique place for families to come together and enjoy a cultural experience right in their own backyard. We have over 500 vendors from countries all over the world. Our 700+ selling spaces include new and used merchandise, seasonal vegetables, freshly made food and so much more. We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Customer Service person to join our amazing team! The responsibilities will include but are not limited to, what is outlined below.

Requirements

Ability to commute/relocate: Pendergrass, GA 30567: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Language: Spanish (Required)
1 year experience

Responsibilities

Shopper support and information
Shopper problem-solving and conflict resolution (i.e., lost kids, location of products, parking issues)
Work with security officers to resolve shopper disputes.
Manage and qualify vendor leads and waiting list
Manage the onboarding and move-in process
Respond to vendor inquiries
Submit work order requests
Ensure vendors are following policies
Vendor management based on assignment
Vendor rent collection.
Vendor problem solving and conflict resolution includes issues with other vendors and shoppers.
