Requirements

Able to work in Office
Flexibility is a must in this position
Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills
Able to analyze problems

Able to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
Able to handle confidential information
Able to type 30+ WPM

Responsibilities

Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted"
Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that will serve them best
Accurately place telephone orders o ffering specials, promotions and services that help meet customers needs
Work independently and professionally
