Temp To Full-Time Job Title: Customer Service SIGN ON BONUS $250 Sign-on Bonus Pay: $17.00 Hourly Shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri Job Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Maintain thorough knowledge of all cabinet lines offered through Aline, including but not limited to product specifications, standard operating procedures, prices, promotions, and other info as required. Inspect showroom daily and make sure showroom stays organized and safe. Provide quick, friendly and professional customer service to walk-in customers. Communicate clearly, promptly, and friendly via phones and emails. Assist clients to choose products to meet their needs. Read and analyze kitchen & bathroom layouts, get codes of cabinets from the layouts. Enter orders into systems and make sure order is completed to customer’s satisfaction. Collect payments from customers. Review customers’ accounts regularly. Recognize parts codes & sizes. Assist customers with returns and replacements. Obtain customer feedback and complaints, provide solutions to solve the problems in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and organize customer files and records. Skills and Education: Has high school diploma or equivalent; Associate or College degree a plus Minimum of one to two years prior experience in Customer Service. English & Spanish (Preferred). Has an overall sense of interior design. Knowledge of interior design software, such as 2020, Pro Kitchen is a plus. Requirements: Previous experience with order entry programs and CRM system, such as Quickbook, Fishbowl, NetSuite, etc. Above average skills of Microsoft Word and Excel. Typing fast with high accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of building rapport with customers instantly. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize proficiently. Professionalism, patience, maturity and integrity in all interactions. Other duties as assigned Attend all training classes and networking events as needed. Assist with event preparation and implementation Report customer needs and request to management, recommend potential products and services. Assist manager with report generation and special projects. Make phone calls or emails to bring old customers back. Attract potential customers by providing products and service information.
