About The Position
The Summer Customer Service position is primarily responsible for answering incoming phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and assisting customers by taking and entering orders into the system. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Pass a drug and background check.
- Strong computer proficiency is required, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications.
- Candidates must have strong typing skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Integrity
- The ability to effectively interact with Sea Breeze associates and customers.
