About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to join our team in West Palm Beach, United States. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while also managing warehouse operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory management software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations preferred
Forklift certification preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing friendly and efficient service
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and update inventory records
Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as needed
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve customer satisfaction
Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues
Perform basic data entry and use inventory management software
