Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Basic warehouse knowledge preferred

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Computer skills including data entry, website navigation, and proficiency in Excel and Word
• Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Answering Customer Service requests
• Processing phone orders
• Reaching out to customers regarding payments and orders ready
• Efficiently answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintaining customer database of information
• Order picking, packing, and shipping
• Ordering office and warehouse supplies when needed
• Pulling and processing orders when needed
• Creating international shipments and scheduling pickups
• Processing pallet orders and invoicing
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Processing weekly check deposits
