Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements as needed.
Provide continuous coaching and support to team members to enhance performance.
Update training materials regularly to reflect new procedures, systems, and brand standards.
Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and propose targeted training solutions.
