About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Technician to support our sales and production teams in a PCB manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assisting customers with orders, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication between customers and internal departments. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Meet ITAR eligibility requirements

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support via email and phone
Assist with order entry, updates, and tracking to ensure timely delivery
Review customer-provided documents for completeness and follow up if information is missing
Communicate order status, changes, and any issues to customers and internal teams
Work closely with sales, production, and engineering teams to support customer needs
Help resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and general customer concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and updates in internal systems
Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotes, and general account support
Participate in team meetings and assist with ongoing process improvements
Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements
