Job Description: Responsible for failure analysis and repair of defective Crypto ASIC machines returned by customers. Strong hands-on ability, able to independently solve abnormalities in the repair process Strong communication skill to communicate with customers via various remote and messaging platforms as well as face to face. Strong troubleshooting skills with technical knowledge and experience to handle customer's queries ranging from ASIC machine issues, Data Center operations and API support Be goal-oriented, accomplishment/satisfaction driven and be able to rise to challenges. Liaise with logistics companies and or customers to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and returns. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, restocking, and organization of electronic components and equipment. Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiencies related to inventory and customer service. Manage stock levels, and ensure timely procurement of necessary parts. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and logistics activities with the help of the company’s internal management systems and work with customers to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and returns. Be goal-oriented, accomplishment/satisfaction driven and be able to rise to challenges.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Good work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to use multi-meter to measure voltages
  • Must be able to understand regulations and follow verbal instructions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Have appropriate level of strength and physical condition with ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, lift, and run or jog if necessary
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs of equipment
  • Physical working environment involves indoors and outdoors, and exposure to a wide range of temperatures
