About The Position

The Customer Service Technician at Merritt Properties is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of properties, ensuring they are in top-notch shape both inside and out. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Must have own vehicle
  • 3 years of verifiable work history
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Proficient in English
  • Basic knowledge of email and texting
  • Willingness to work weekends and after-hours if necessary
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Technical school degree

Responsibilities

  • Perform roof and gutter repairs
  • Conduct basic carpentry and drywall work
  • Handle basic electrical tasks
  • Execute basic plumbing repairs
  • Carry out masonry and concrete repairs
  • Manage all common area repairs
  • Assist with snow removal
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
