About The Position

Customer Service-Technical provides hands-on troubleshooting and repair of brake lathes, as well as technical phone support to customer and account representatives, and processing customer parts orders. This position is located in West Lebanon, NH (no remote work).

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and good communication skills
  • Understanding of computers
  • Organization and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 lbs
  • Ability to use hands to manipulate, handle and feel
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hands and arms length, stoop, kneel and crouch
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting, repairing and testing parts and brake lathes
  • Inventory and organize used/refurbished parts
  • Maintain documentation on repairs and/or returns
  • Maintain the Service Repair facility area including tools and machines
  • Troubleshoots brake lathe service issues over the phone
  • Dispatches service calls
  • Processes parts orders
