About The Position

The Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Requirements

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.
  • Must pass technical assessments to show skills in utilizing multiple systems on a PC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support.
  • Help customers resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in correcting billing concerns.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
