About The Position

Join us as part of the Red Sox Spring Training Customer Service team at JetBlue Park. We have a variety of open positions for the 2026 season and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can commit to working the majority of our 18 home Spring Training games as well as additional events with Red Sox Nation! The Customer Service team serves our fans needs from the time they step out of their car until the depart JetBlue Park. They offer Shuttle transportation, wheelchair assistance, fan information, ticket issues problem solving and much more!

Requirements

  • Ability to work most of the 18 home Spring Training games at JetBlue Park from mid-February through late March.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Entire customer service team will interact with fans at JetBlue Park at different parts of their experience
  • Shuttle drivers will greet fans at their cars and assist them to their gate if needed
  • Greeters assist in fans entering the gates of JetBlue Park
  • Team members will guide fans to their seat as well as provide a wheelchair to those who may need it
  • Tour guides are responsible for providing daily tours of JetBlue Park, staffing the Fan Information Booth, and selling all 50/50 raffle tickets during games
