We have a variety of open positions for the 2026 season and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can commit to working the majority of our 18 home Spring Training games as well as additional events with Red Sox Nation! The Customer Service team serves our fans needs from the time they step out of their car until the depart JetBlue Park. They offer Shuttle transportation, wheelchair assistance, fan information, ticket issues problem solving and much more!
