About the Job: This position is perfect for college students, homeschooled students, or adults with lunchtime availability! Whether you are a homeschooled high school student, a high school student with a flexible schedule to work, or a college student, we will tailor this position to meet your scheduling needs and the needs of our store! Hours needed are anytime between 10:30AM-8PM and will be discussed during the interview. This position can accommodate part-time or full-time hours. Hired applicants will train and focus heavily on guest experience as a front-of-house team member, providing excellent customer service according to Chick-fil-A standards. Previous experience in a fast-paced or restaurant environment is preferred but not necessary. At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity.
