About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Customer Service Team Lead/Assistant Team Leader to assist with retail operations in Houghton, MI. Position responsibilities include: Assisting with hiring, training, developing, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling team members Operating store according to budget Ensuring proper handling and processing of donations Ordering and maintaining store supplies Completing Monthly Safety Site Inspections, Incident/Accident reports, Team Meeting and Safety minutes, and other reports on a regular basis

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Retail work experience required
  • Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a management/supervisory retail setting preferred.
