About The Position

As a Customer Service Team Lead at Pawnee, you’ll be the go-to support and mentor for our Customer Service Representatives. You'll provide training, help manage the daily flow of clerical operations, assist with regional coordination tasks, and offer floor-level leadership. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic personal computer skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language.
  • All employees will be required to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Previous clerical experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, and managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience and/or solid understanding of the CSR role at Pawnee.
  • Multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, train, and support Customer Service Representatives while serving as their first point of contact for questions and concerns.
  • Help coordinate regional intake processes, evaluation assignments, and foster care documentation.
  • Assist the Office Supervisor with scheduling, admin tasks, and improving day-to-day workflows.
  • Step in to cover CSR duties or fill staffing gaps in satellite offices as needed.
  • Provide outstanding front-desk support by welcoming clients, handling appointments, collecting payments, and addressing concerns.
  • Keep shared spaces running smoothly by monitoring lobby activity and supporting basic office operations like mail, scanning, and room scheduling.
