About The Position

The Customer Service Team Leader oversees and provides direction to the Microbial Solutions, North American, Customer Service team. This position requires overseeing daily operational activities and training for a group of non-exempt employees, ensuring optimum group performance, and coordinating activities of the customer service department to ensure efficient and timely availability of products. The role also involves resolving customer disputes, establishing and maintaining close working relationships with various stakeholders, and supporting management activities such as scheduling and personnel actions. Additionally, the Team Leader will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and departmental policies, coordinate vacation schedules, and recommend techniques to improve productivity and efficiency.
