About The Position
This is a work from home position where agents will be recruited, hired, and trained to handle inbound and outbound customer contacts on behalf of the customer. Agents must be US Citizens and located in the United States. They may work as remote agents or in-house call center agents, and must comply with United States Government contract requirements. The position requires adherence to IDEMIA's background check process and criteria, including federal and state-specific background checks for personnel with access to sensitive information.
