The Customer Service Support Specialist is responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support for local school staff, central office staff, and external users via the telephone, ticketing system, and/or e-mail. The role requires capturing and recording the required information to ensure all reported incidents are resolved or accepted by the next level of support in a timely manner. The position involves a variety of responsibilities including customer service, documentation of incidents, assisting with special projects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer support delivery standards.
