About The Position

Labcorp is seeking to hire a remote Customer Service Support Representative to support Program Management in Minnesota. Work Schedule Onsite Training Details Days: Monday through Friday Training Time Window: 7 am – 430 pm Location: Saint Paul, MN Duration: up to 10 weeks Remote Work Schedule after Training: Monday -Friday | 8 am – 430 pm Central Time (MN) Position will not become remote until training is completed. If you experience laptop technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely (e.g., no internet access), you may be required to work onsite at the St. Paul, MN location until the issue is resolved. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year or more experience in customer service
  • Work schedule is M-F 8:00- 4:30 PM CST
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge with drug screening and collection procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to present professional image via phone; superb phone etiquette skills
  • Excellent research and problem resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite programs

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree
  • Prior or current Labcorp customer service experience
  • 1 year or more experience with laboratory systems: Labcorp Testing System (LCTS), Antrim, and Labcorp Corporate Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Builds strong relationships with other team members and departments; providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to external customers
  • Provides professional and courteous customer service to external customers, donors, and collection sites via phone and email
  • Serves as a liaison between customers, donor, and collection sites to coordinate drug screen collections, schedule appointments, and place supply orders
  • Troubleshoots collection site and customer issues and provides effective resolution
  • Documents issues, action steps, and outcome of inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned
