The Service & Support Representative is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while supporting customer engagement and overall business objectives. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers by managing orders, resolving issues, and providing product guidance. In addition, the position supports customer outreach initiatives, including outbound sales calls to pool accounts (inactive or unassigned accounts designated for new business development) to generate revenue and expand the Supply Center's customer base.
