About The Position

Got Game Sports is a premier youth sports and camp organization in Los Angeles and Colorado, known for delivering a premium quality experience and maintaining high engagement. The company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support Assistant to join its administrative team. This role involves managing parent communication and registration processes during the busy summer camp season. The assistant will work directly under the Communications Coordinator, serving as a frontline voice for the company. As a fully remote position, the ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent phone and email etiquette, capable of quickly learning databases and confidently solving problems for families while maintaining a warm and professional brand tone.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or remote help-desk roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of your shift on the phone with parents.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn our registration database (Playbook).
  • Proven ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Confident in your ability to find answers and solve problems autonomously.
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure, especially when assisting frustrated or confused customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with general CRM platforms, email ticketing systems, and Google Workspace is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently manage high-volume incoming phone calls and emails from parents regarding summer camp registration, daily schedules, and general inquiries.
  • Assist the Communications Coordinator in maintaining our strict "Zero Inbox" standard for the Got Game Admin email during our peak May and June registration windows.
  • Navigate and manage parent accounts within our 'Playbook' registration system, ensuring enrollment data, pricing, and capacity limits are accurate.
  • Filter operational noise by answering routine questions and escalating complex or sensitive issues to the Communications Coordinator.
  • Ensure all written and verbal communication aligns with the positive, energetic, and professional "Got Game Way".
