SUMMARY Averhealth is seeking a people-focused Customer Service Specialist, located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
  • Experience with help desk software (i.e. Freshdesk, Zendesk).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to help.
  • HS Diploma.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer facing position.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
  • Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer interactions.
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of our proprietary software, Aversys, to resolve customer inquiries.
