Under the general supervision of the Utilities Customer Service Supervisor (Call Center and/or Cashier), this position is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, in-person, and written correspondence. You will handle a variety of customer account activities, including billing, account maintenance, service requests, and payment processing. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
