ARIS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in White River Junction, Vermont. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, returning calls, and making phone calls related to timesheet issues and other requests. You will also retrieve and process requests from the FEA and Time Sheet Voice Mail, mail out timesheets, packets, schedules, and any other requested information. Additionally, you will research and handle issues related to timesheets, payments, budgets, and other requests, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. Maintaining high customer satisfaction is a key target for this position, and you will be expected to utilize resources such as other representatives, supervisors, or managers to resolve customer issues. The Customer Service Specialist will also be responsible for opening and sorting incoming mail, providing information about products and services, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, agencies, and employees. This position requires physical presence at our primary location in White River Junction, Vermont, and may involve meeting with clients in-person on-site to answer and review programs. You will also provide support to other customer service and data entry staff as needed, and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
