About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist at Lutron Electronics is a key role within the Commercial Customer Service Team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers involved in large projects. This position emphasizes the importance of customer interactions and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA.
  • Minimum 2 or more years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with commercial project managers, quotes teams, commercial reps, and onsite service techs to provide support on high-profile commercial jobs from quote to delivery.
  • Assist commercial end users in obtaining replacement commercial parts onsite in a timely manner.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and communicate priority jobs appropriately.
  • Manage holds, ship dates, returns, and parts requests.
