About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist is essential to the success of Sherwin-Williams' Automotive branches. This role involves working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering questions about Automotive Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending appropriate solutions. The specialist is also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns and ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes receiving and preparing orders, and safely moving, loading, and delivering products.
