About The Position

Responsible for providing exceptional support to Fleet Services customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Serves as the primary point of contact between the Fleet Services department and its customers, representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. This person will provide customer service by email and phone to current and potential customers. No cold calling is required. This is an in-person job.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Two years of office experience/or similar experience required
Able to communicate Business to Business transactions required
Strict attention to detail
Handle inbound and outbound calls with pleasant phone demeanor
Ability to negotiate to a win/win situation with clients
Ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented tasks
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Nice To Haves

Two-year degree preferred
Familiarity with the fuel industry preferred
