About The Position

If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking to hire a Service Call Agent to oversee customer inquiries and concerns in our call center environment. What you will be doing: What to expect as a Customer Service Specialist: This is a hybrid role - between Front Desk Support and Customer Service Specialist. Both roles will have an emphasis on Customer Service. Our client: Established in 1983, our client is family owned and operated. Across 4 locations, our client has been serving the Cape & Martha's Vineyard for over 40 years featuring a wide range of products including Sub-Zero/Wolf, Bosch, Thermador, GE, Samsung, Miele, LG, Speed Queen, Electrolux and more. Our partner services everything they sell and pride themselves in delivering the best product and customer service possible. Additional information: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Competitive hourly rate $21.00-$23.00/hour depending on experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Call Service Agent, or similar experience/call center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to continuously expand skillset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction - Call intake
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquires, and service requests.
  • Gather and document accurate information about the customer, appliance model, serial number, issue, and pertinent details.
  • Communications Hub
  • Work within the supportive team in the Service Department
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Quality Assurance and Problem Resolution
  • Front Desk Support 2 days a week
