We are looking for a highly motivated Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our contact center team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, email, and chats. You will assist customers with post-sales inquiries, including order tracking, warranties, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, some automotive knowledge, and the ability to problem solve and build rapport with customers and team members. This is a full-time, onsite position at our corporate office in Gardena, CA. This role is not remote.
