We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Kalamazoo location. This role supports patients, clinicians, and referral partners by ensuring a smooth front‑end process—from equipment education to order accuracy and insurance coordination. This is a hands‑on, patient‑facing role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to learn medical equipment (training provided).
