About The Position

This is an exciting entry-level position in our branch network, ideal for candidates interested in working in a team environment and interfacing with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support. You will be provided with the training needed on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help meet individual and team cross-selling goals. Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays
• Ability to travel locally when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines
• A high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Ability to qualify for Personal Lines Insurance License

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
