DESCRIPTION At our Fremont, CA Facility, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support/Service Representative to work directly with our customers and departments to efficiently process orders. Key duties will be to complete order sheets and distribute; maintain customer files; coordinate with departments regarding order status, ship dates, prices, and product availability; and handle RMA/RGA processing.
