Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Handle cash transactions and assist with cash handling procedures as needed.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
