About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our distributor network with product info, order management, and resolutions that keep our customers happy.

Requirements

  • Customer support, client services, or inside sales experience (manufacturing/distribution a plus)
  • Strong computer skills: updating accounts, tracking calls, accurate record-keeping
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and communication skills (phone/email)
  • Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first approach with problem-solving and listening skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally under deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage calls & emails: order status, tracking, production questions
  • Provide quotes: product, freight, and program pricing
  • Follow up on large repeat orders, samples, and sales initiatives
  • Support Outside Sales with administrative tasks
  • Work with production teams on order updates & custom projects
