About The Position

Use Your Dental Experience in a New Way—Outside the Operatory! Are you a dental professional looking to apply your hard-earned knowledge in a new setting? We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team supporting dental offices and clinicians nationwide. This is a great opportunity to use your dental background—without working directly with patients or being chairside. In this business-to-business customer service role, you’ll communicate with dental practices by phone and email to answer questions about our appliances, assist with orders and case tracking, take payments, and provide product information.
