We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team supporting dental offices and clinicians nationwide. This is a great opportunity to use your dental background—without working directly with patients or being chairside. In this business-to-business customer service role, you’ll communicate with dental practices by phone and email to answer questions about our appliances, assist with orders and case tracking, take payments, and provide product information. Your understanding of dental terminology, workflows, and appliances will help you deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with our customers. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a professional office environment, this role allows you to stay connected to the dental field while growing your career in a new direction with a dental lab. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
