About The Position

Calling all customer service and call center all-stars. Store Supply Warehouse is adding dedicated service minded professionals to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at our main headquarters in Bridgeton, MO. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the point person for customer questions/concerns, inbound customer calls, and entering orders. The customer service department at Store Supply Warehouse is a collaborative, goal-oriented environment with a laser focus on our customers and our team.

Requirements

Must be able to work Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm
High School Diploma or a GED is required
Customer Service experience of 1 year or more in a call center is preferred but not required; Store Supply Warehouse will train all new employees, including data base software
Must be computer literate, proficient in Data Entry and Typing, a must.
Ability to navigate between different websites and multitask
Ability to work in a quick-paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action to resolve issues, if necessary
Willingness to maintain a safe and ethical work environment, and work as an effective team member
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required
