We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our Queen Anne administrative team, Part-Time - Thursday, Friday, Saturday closing, 2:30-9:15pm Starting pay is between $20.76-$22.50/hr (with average commissions). Key Responsibilities ✨ Client Experience: Create a warm and welcoming environment, delighting clients both over-the-phone and in-person. ✨ Scheduling Management : Assist clients in scheduling same-day, near future, and future appointments to help them stay on track with their health maintenance routine, which includes incorporating massage therapy and/or acupuncture. ✨ Caring Host : Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, maintain the physical space in the lobby, at the front desk for check-in and check-out, and in the restrooms. ✨ Team Member : Collaborate with our team of Customer Service Specialists across all 3 clinics.
