PIC North America, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of PIC customers by delivering exceptional service, executing accurate account updates, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled with efficiency and care. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams—working closely with Account Managers, Finance, Health Assurance, Production, Inventory Management, Transport, and Scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, culturally diverse environment and brings strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. You excel at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus. This position is based at our headquarters in Hendersonville, TN, and requires approximately 5–10% travel, based on the business needs. The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $58,0000 USD. The amount provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
