About The Position

Manage and process a high volume of inbound/outbound calls daily as required Schedule exams, confirm appointments, Process orders, and/or obtain Authorization on scheduled appointments. Maintain customer relationships with referring physician offices and patients Work with multiple computer programs simultaneously; utilize available online resources Maintain highly accurate data entry rate

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Call Center experience strongly preferred
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Medical office, specifically Imaging, highly preferred
  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible shift / hours
